*Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

*For orders within 3 months:
Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc,we will issue a 50% refund of the order or resend once.
Soofoom responsibility: Full refund or resend for products you did not receive.
*For orders over 3 months:
The order is valid for 3 months, overdue requests won’t be accepted.
