How do I choose my size?

Please take your measurements and compare them to the detailed Size Chart of each product.

You could find a size reference on the right of the product photo on product page.

This will help you pick what size is best for your body type.“One size” does not necessarily fit all sizes but means there’s only one size for this product.

What if an item is out of stock?

Hi. If an item is marked as “Sold Out” and it isn't restocked within 2 weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store. When out-of- stock items  are restocked, email will inform you.

But if you have ordered it, we may cancel it from your current order and refund it to you. Also, you can contact us to exchange it for another item with same price.

Do you use fur and genuine leather?

Our products are neither real fur nor genuine leather but they are high quality artificial materials.

You can check the material of the item in its description.

Could the item be washed by machine?

Not all items can be washed by machine, and we suggest you wash it by hand.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at service@soofoom.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Normally, it will take 2-4 working days to prepare the items.

(Sometimes it will be delayed due to the stock issue)

Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic now, there is a shortage of global transport resource which may delay your order. Your order may be delayed 4-6 days in processing and sevaral days in transport based on the shipping company, please wait in patience.

After preparing, we will ship out your order. We will email you about tracking number and tracking link when it was shipped out.

How long will the order take to arrive?

Hi, normally it will take 2-4 working days to prepare the items. After order being shipped out, it usually takes 5-20 working days to deliver to you.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

*United States minor outlying islands and other island shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

Generally, unshipped orders can be cancelled  contact us at service@soofoom.com .

But please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore. Hope you can understand it.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Hi, you can change your shipping address before shipment.

Once your package is shipped, we are unable to change anything.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Normally, you will receive the shipping inform email after order is shipped.

If you did not get, it might be of the below reasons:

1. Please check “my order  to see the status first, maybe your order is still in processing. Guest order please contact service@soofoom.com.

2. Your email security system blocked the email as ads, then you can find the email on your junk email box, or check shipping info directly in "my order".

Will you deliver to my P.O.BOX?

We’re happy to ship to your P.O. Box,but only for Standard Delivery method.
Please note that online tracking may not be available. For easiest tracking, use a street address for your shipping address.

How to use coupon?

Hello, when you check out, there is a coupon code  box on the show order summay of the page. Please type in correct coupon code , then click "apply".

What is your Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Flash sale, Babydolls&Chemises, Bustiers&Corsets, Teddies, Bras&Bra Sets, Panties, Shapewear, Stockings, Nude Bra, Special offer, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
  • Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in partial refund up to 50% of total payment.
  • Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative. Our return warehouse is now in North America.
  • We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please return through your local post office to avoid tax.
  • For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
  • Please also do not mail any envelopes to the return address for inquiry, we will discard the letter automatically. The best way to communicate and solve your problem is email us at service@soofoom.com! 

How can I return items?

Can I return one of my orders?

Yes, partial return of your order is acceptable. We can accept return within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Also kindly noted that following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty, accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets), items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.
